PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Bay Machine and Fabrication was tasked with procurement of Aquamet 22 shaft material, and fabrication of shafts with both right-handed and left-handed threads. The shafts were fabricated to exacting tolerances and included tapered ends, drilled and tapped holes, keyways, including blue-fitting of adjacent parts for complete surface contact. This pre-fabrication saved our customer untold days in equipment downtime and less cost.
