PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Bay Machine and Fabrication was tasked by a High Tech company to engineer and fabricate a high strength steel Wind Power Generation station. Work included extensive welding, waterjetting, cnc plasma cutting, machining and painting of the structure.
PROJECT DETAILS
Finish: All steel surfaces were sandblasted to a SSPC SP-6 surface preparation. Upon completion of preparation, all steel was coated with International Paints Interzinc 75V zinc coating followed by two coats of International Paints Anti-Corrosive 300V Epoxy paint in alternating colors also including a stripe coat, followed by a topcoat in International Paints 990HS.
